REDW Advisors & CPAs, a firm with a FY23 revenue of $49.6 million, has named Lori K. Woodbury as the inaugural Principal-in-Charge (PIC) of its office in Salem, Oregon. In this capacity, Woodbury will oversee operations, establish partnerships, augment the firm's culture, and offer services like wealth management, HR consulting, and cybersecurity, cementing REDW's status as a fully integrated advisory firm.
REDW Advisors & CPAs (FY23 revenue: $49.6 million) has appointed Lori K. Woodbury as the first-ever Principal-in-Charge (PIC) of its Pacific Northwest office in Salem, Oregon. A current tax principal, Woodbury will now also serve as the executive and administrative leader for the office, aligning REDW’s expanding footprint with its multidisciplinary advisory vision.
In her new role, Woodbury will guide the Salem office’s operations, foster civic and professional partnerships, and strengthen REDW’s one-firm culture while supporting localized leadership. Her portfolio will span services such as tax and accounting, software solutions, wealth management, HR consulting, forensic advisory, valuation, and cybersecurity.
“As REDW expands both in service lines and geography, strong regional leadership is essential,” said Steve Cogan, MP of REDW. “Our PICs, including Lori, are key to ensuring seamless integration, culture preservation, and community engagement.”
Woodbury’s appointment marks a strategic milestone in REDW’s regional growth and continued transformation into a fully integrated advisory powerhouse.
