REDW Advisors & CPAs has appointed Diana Gibson as its first Director of Client Success, a new leadership role aimed at enhancing client relationships and service delivery. Gibson's appointment is an integral part of REDW's strategy to improve client satisfaction, strengthen retention, and drive engagement across its diverse service lines using her expertise in customer success, operational leadership, and strategic planning.
REDW Advisors & CPAs has named Diana Gibson as the firm’s first Director of Client Success, a newly created leadership role aimed at strengthening client relationships and enhancing service delivery across the firm’s growing national footprint.
In her new position, Gibson will act as a central point of contact for all clients across REDW’s diverse service lines, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience firmwide. Her responsibilities include advancing client satisfaction, driving long-term retention strategies, and contributing to the leadership team’s broader client engagement initiatives. This strategic addition reflects REDW’s commitment to delivering sustained value through strong, responsive relationships.
Gibson will be based in the Phoenix office, but her role spans the entirety of REDW’s offices, underscoring the national firm’s emphasis on consistent service standards and tailored support regardless of location. She brings over 15 years of experience to the role, including more than a decade in leadership positions at DAS Technology (formerly Digital Air Strike), and most recently as Vice President at Benchmark IQ.
Her expertise in customer success, operational leadership, and strategic planning will be instrumental as REDW continues to scale its client services and invest in long-term relationship management. By formalizing this role at a leadership level, REDW further aligns its operational strategy with its core mission: to deliver personalized, high-impact advisory and accounting solutions that evolve with client needs.
