Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

Trustees play a critical role in managing and safeguarding the assets within a trust, and understanding their fiduciary responsibilities is paramount.
The Uniform Prudent Investor Act (UPIA) outlines the trustee's duty of care, emphasizing the importance of making informed and prudent investment decisions. This legislation serves as a guide for trustees to navigate the complex landscape of investment management while avoiding common pitfalls.
A trustee must manage the trust asset prudently and in good faith. However, few trustees know how the Uniform Prudent Investor Act defines how prudence is defined or proven. Merely giving the assets to an investment advisor does not meet the high standard of care that applies to the trustee. This webinar aims to demystify these aspects, establishing a comprehensive understanding of how prudence is defined and proven under the Act. By doing so, trustees will be equipped with the knowledge needed to meet the high standard of care expected of them, surpassing the mere act of entrusting assets to an investment advisor. This course will establish the “best practices” for the management of trust assets.
Major Topics Covered:
Join this CPE Finance course, trustees will be well-versed in the "best practices" for managing trust assets, ensuring they fulfill their fiduciary duties prudently and in good faith under the guidelines of the UPIA.
