Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

The
American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) makes some material changes to the
employee retention tax credit (ERC). The ERC was originally enacted under the
Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, and later
expanded and extended under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2020 (CAA).
To understand the changes to the credit made by ARPA, it is easier to compare
the ERC under each of these three laws, since each law deals primarily with
only a specific time period.
In
this online CPE course, we will offer an update on the Employee Retention
Credit and review some of our PPP
and ERC
case studies from this year. We will also discuss tax effective strategies that
will create current corporate deductions, and generate future tax-exempt
income.
The
U.S. Small Business Administration, which oversees the Paycheck Protection
Program, announced on May 4th, 2021, that the program has run out of money.
Regardless of whether or not your clients applied for PPP funding, they may
still be eligible for the Employee Retention Credit. Our experts have spent the
time reviewing amendments to legislation so that you don’t have to.
The
Restricted Property Trust was designed for business owners and key employees of
a business. Its main objective is long-term, tax favored cash growth and cash
flow utilizing a conservative asset class. A Restricted Property Trust may
provide investment earnings of 8-percent or more when compared to other fixed
income vehicles.
This
online CPE webinar will also cover all the aspects of Restricted Property Trust

Combining Employee Retention Credit with Restricted Property Trusts was interesting. You could have spent the whole time on the employee retention credit - combining made both presentations hurried and not as thorough as i would have liked.
