IM

Alisondid a great job in presenting the information regarding S Corps owned by Trusts and the intricacies of tax laws and how it applies to them. A lot of information that I wasn't familiar with and it broadened my understanding and allows me to apply what i learned to situations that apply. Kudos and thank you!

SB

If you have not had the pleasure of listening to/seeing Alison in a tax seminar, take one as soon as possible. His depth of knowledge surpases in dealing with the IRS is astounding. Even if you think you never have, and never will, represent a taxpayer, this class has something for you - knowledge to keep yourself in business without hearing from the IRS. Many tax professionals have had Bob represent them in front of the IRS. Do yourself a big favor and sit through this class

AB

I usually dread taking ethic courses every 4 years but found this course very informative and very interesting. The presenter chose interesting real life situations and was able to relate to me to he point that I could review my conduct regarding clients in the past and how to implement a change in future handling of several clients.

FN

This ethics webinar was so valuable to me in pointing out potential client issues that I need to inquire further about. Also reminds me that I have the right to ask for documentation when client information is in doubt. I can also withdraw from the engagement, an empowering right!

WP

Great ethic webinar. Very helpful. A must for CPAs. Speaker was excellent. I learned a lot of details about the way practicing CPA's will be impacted in their practice because of new environment and regulations

LP

Very interesting presentation, many ethics presentations I have taken were rather boring, the presenter kept it interesting
