Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

CPRA: Consumer Rights, Enforcement, and Noncompliance Penalties
Date
The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) marks a transformative chapter in data privacy regulation, building upon the foundation laid by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to empower residents with greater control over their data. Central to CPRA is the creation of the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA), a dedicated regulatory force replacing the Attorney General's oversight, signaling a more authoritative stance on privacy safeguarding.
CPRA rectifies CCPA limitations by bolstering consumer rights, closing exploitable loopholes in personal data transactions, and introducing stringent penalties for violations involving children's data. The fines for non-compliance are substantial, reaching up to $7,500 per instance for intentional breaches and $2,500 for other violations, with potential fines as high as $7,500 per affected child in cases involving minors.
The establishment of CPPA is groundbreaking, marking the inaugural U.S. agency singularly focused on privacy protection. This underscores an unwavering commitment to CPRA enforcement. Beyond penalties, CPRA aspires to cultivate a culture of heightened consumer trust, advocate superior data practices, fuel innovation, and offer a competitive edge to businesses prioritizing privacy. CPRA's impact extends globally, potentially influencing harmonized privacy standards, easing cross-border data transfers, setting international benchmarks, and shaping the broader European privacy landscape.

The course wasn't put in the context of HR as I thought it would be. I felt it needed an introduction as well. The presenter dove right into the topic a little too fast. It would have helped to give a general basis of understanding to begin with, maybe a brief summary of how we got to our current status, then go into what we should know now and what changes are coming up.
