Are tax problems keeping your clients awake at night? Are your clients afraid that they could lose their home, business or other assets?
Delinquent returns are often more closely examined and scrutinized by the IRS, requiring that much more care and accuracy to avoid audits. Clients often require experienced attorney that can provide the expertise needed alongside the protection of the attorney-client privilege — a vital asset if you feel that you’re at risk for prosecution. Delinquent taxes, if handled in the wrong way, drastically increase the chance of criminal prosecution or enforced collection activity.
As Per the Taxpayer Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) Non-Filers for 2011 - 2013 accounted for $39 Billion in Unpaid Income Taxes Due the Government. Learn what the IRS is currently doing to address this problem.

This was my first webinar. My CFO has been using this site for a while and I noticed a few webinars and decided I should attend. I'm glad I had a chance to experience this session because it helped me with my personal tax business as well. I'm fairly new to accounting, but this is an excellent option to enhance my skills.

The pace the Presenter used was perfect. Giving us actual useful steps to follow and things we must consider in representing our clients were of great value in dealing with this matter when it comes up in our practices. Could not ask for a better informative Presentation on this subject.

The instructor is knowledgeable. He explained how to handle certain situation and why you should do and not do something. This topic is niche and not many tax preparers have experience with this kind of situation. It's a good course to attend.

An excellent presentation overall. Much it was a refresher fo me as I've been a Circular 230 agent for years. But the material was well presented, in proper order, and hit on all of the main aspects of the subject.
