I combine my passion for developing people, coaching, and teaching with my expertise in career services to guide individuals in achieving their professional goals. I have over 15 years of experience in providing exceptional service to diverse groups, including older adult learners, transitional age youth, veterans, and job seekers with disabilities.
In my previous roles, I have developed and implemented effective programming, policies, and strategies to enhance career readiness, training and development, student success, and workforce development. I have also partnered with various stakeholders, such as employers, educators, and community organizations, to facilitate collaboration and alignment of resources and opportunities.
Currently, I am pursuing doctoral studies in dual majors for organization development and lifelong learning at Penn State University to assist organizations with fulfilling workforce transformation that places greater emphasis on employee-centered growth and development.
Farhan Sadique is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education and Leadership at Kansas State University and serves as the Chief of Research at Rothwell and Associates. With expertise in human resource development and organization development, he completed his doctoral study at Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master of Science degree from Pittsburg State University. Celebrated for his visionary leadership and talent for fostering positive work environments,
Farhan is also a passionate trainer, holding certifications from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and NCDA (National Career Development Association). He is the author of influential books, book chapters, and journal articles, and frequently leads corporate training webinars and podcasts. Recognized as one of the Emerging Practitioners by the Organization Development Network in 2023, Farhan's groundbreaking research and innovative methodologies continue to empower Organization Development practitioners worldwide.
