With over 20 years of experience in training, staff development, and professional education in the healthcare field, Dr. Issa has dedicated his career to improving the performance and growth of healthcare professionals in Oman. In 2024, he earned a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Penn State University, where his research focused on Human Resource Development (HRD), Organizational Development (OD), Career Development, and Leadership in healthcare settings. His work has spanned roles in academia, healthcare leadership and management administration, and the healthcare related organizations, where he has designed training programs, enhanced healthcare continuous education, and contributed to strategic improvements in healthcare management.
Farhan Sadique is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education and Leadership at Kansas State University and serves as the Chief of Research at Rothwell and Associates. With expertise in human resource development and organization development, he completed his doctoral study at Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master of Science degree from Pittsburg State University. Celebrated for his visionary leadership and talent for fostering positive work environments,
Farhan is also a passionate trainer, holding certifications from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and NCDA (National Career Development Association). He is the author of influential books, book chapters, and journal articles, and frequently leads corporate training webinars and podcasts.
