LOUISIANA (LA) CPA CPE REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW
|CPE Requirements||80 hours for each two-year rolling period, with a minimum of 20 hours per year.|
|License Renewal Period||January 31st, Annually|
|CPE Reporting Cycle||January 1 to December 31, Annually|
|Ethics Requirement||The Louisiana Board of Accountancy determines the Ethics requirement each year. There is no Ethics requirement in 2022.|
|Carry Over Credits||Louisiana CPA cannot carry forward credits in the next reporting cycle|
|Subject Area Restriction||A Louisiana (LA) CPA can complete a maximum of 20 CPE hours from personal development courses in every reporting cycle.|
