My philosophy is to inspire, challenge and support change. I have nearly 30 years’ experience as a business author and consultant.
As a consultant, I specialise in process improvement based on the Lean philosophy. I facilitate improvement teams and provide expertise in performance measurement and management; problem solving; and process improvement.
As well as delivering webinars for MyCPE, I develop courses and webinars for the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in the UK and other specialist business and finance providers.
I live in Scotland, near Glasgow, with my wife, daughter and Cocker Spaniel.

This webinar on data analysis was well-paced, easy to understand, and provided review checks intermittently. The presenter did a great job of explaining complex concepts comprehensibly, regardless of my prior experience with data analysis. One of the things I liked most about this webinar was the use of review checks. At regular intervals throughout the webinar, I was asked a review question, and this helped to ensure that I was understanding the material and able to apply what I was learning.

This was a great presentation that shows different ways of data analysis. I intend to use the ways presented to help analyze and present the financial data of my organization when reporting results.
