The presenter went over the allotted time. Either the amount of time allocated to the topic needs to be increased, or the presenter needs to pair down the information to 2 hours. I find it very frustrating when this happens as I plan my schedule accordingly.

The content and the instructor were excellent. The Review and Final Quiz questions were gibberish.
