Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

In the wake of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), which was introduced two decades ago, the landscape of corporate governance and financial accountability has evolved significantly. At the time of its enactment, SOX was a response to the rising concerns among legislators and investors regarding the rampant corporate fraud cases that had shaken public trust in financial markets.
SOX encompassed various sections aimed at addressing these concerns. Title V, focusing on Analyst Conflicts of Interest, aimed to enhance transparency and reduce conflicts of interest among financial analysts. Title VIII, known as Corporate and Criminal Fraud Accountability, sought to hold corporations accountable for fraudulent activities and reinforced penalties for white-collar crimes through Title IX.
Now, two decades later, the business world has transformed, and so has the nature of fraud. In today's digitally driven environment, fraudsters have devised increasingly sophisticated methods to perpetrate their schemes. To safeguard their integrity, financial information, and the interests of shareholders, companies must remain vigilant. This CPE course offers a comprehensive exploration of the evolving concept of fraud, providing insights and strategies to combat it effectively in a modern business landscape.
Join this CPE Webinar it will provide a look at the concept of fraud – 20 years after the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation was passed.

Lynn did a wonderful job of keeping the audience engaged in an area that I was not too hopeful. She really knows the nuance of compliance with SEC regulations and the resulting penalties, fines, and terms of incarnation for serious offenses. It really makes you pause before accepting a CFO/CEO position. The polls were a joy. They were timely and responsive after answering them.
