Kristina Bow is Senior Director of FP&A for Landmark
Health where she leads the corporate financial planning and analysis team. She is responsible for all budgeting and
forecasting for the business and leads a remote team of 12.
Landmark Health is a leader in at home care working to
change healthcare for complex and chronic patients. Landmark Health is part of the Optum at Home
segment of Optum Health a United Health Group company.
She has spent her career in FP&A starting as an
Analyst. She has a BS in Finance, an MBA
in Leadership, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Kristina has held numerous volunteer leadership Board of
Directors positions at the local chapter and national level for Finance and
Women’s Leadership organizations, including former National Chair of the Board
of Directors for the National Association of Women MBA’s, President of the
Nashville Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, and board member
for the Nashville Chapter of Women in Financial Services (WIFS).
She is passionate about women and diversity in Finance.

I thought this CPE was informative and concise. The topics covered were relevant to today's world, and I liked that the presentation included the shift as it relates to ESG reporting. It will be interesting how ESG reporting evolves as ESG-specific investment strategies have become less popular.
