The instructor was knowledgeable on the topic and made a good effort to engage participants. The examples were helpful, but best of all was the instructor's willingness to respond promptly to questions. That is quite different from most instructors who only email a response later, making any additional discussion or add-on questions a challenge to obtain the answers.

The class was well organized and captured why disability insurance is necessary and a key component of financial planning. Instructor effectively communicated the course content and incorporated a lot of relevant real-life examples.
