The instructor was knowledgeable on the topic and made a good effort to engage participants. The examples were helpful, but best of all was the instructor's willingness to respond promptly to questions. That is quite different from most instructors who only email a response later, making any additional discussion or add-on questions a challenge to obtain the answers.

I like the fact that I can start and stop as needed. The instructor was clear and did not rush through. The video was jerky. To try and resolve the problem I restarted it a few different times on a different server, I also hit the rewind thinking that it needed to load before playing. Neither of those things worked. The slides were blurry at times, they would be clear then blurred, then cleared again, very strange. It was especially annoying with the ones that had smaller print and I could not read it at all.
