It was a most valuable 2 hours of instruction. My main problem was that I couldn't down load the program materials. I will also mention that I have not been able to download my certficates for some four previous seminars. I am not sure what the problem is. In a telephone conversation with the PTIN agent at the IRS regarding this he indicated I need to get these certificates for proof of attendance.
