Victor Hartman's vast experience in investigating and prosecuting Fraudulent activities as an agent in the FBI makes him a very good presenter on the topics he presents on. This webinar was no exception. The only issue I noticed was that the polling questions were not in sinc with his slide presentation announcement of polling questions. This may have been due to this session being a recorded session presenter on an earlier date.
