The webinar provides key strategies that can help your clients not pay taxes or potentially tap into the CARES Act changes of net operating losses (NOLs).
NOLS can now be used to increase cash-flow by carrying back those losses 5 years to provide a refund. The webinar will review how they can maximize expense through the 2014 Repair Regulations, then once they must capitalize an item, strategies like Cost Segregation or QIP that allow them to maximize bonus depreciation and Section 179 to defer taxes and reduce their current tax liability.
