Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is redefining how accountants handle repetitive tasks like data transfers, accruals, and journal entries. Instead of spending hours on low-value work, what if you could automate these processes with durable, spreadsheet-driven workflows, no fragile bots or heavy tech required?

This session explores a practical, hands-on approach to RPA using tools you already know, like spreadsheets and Slack, enhanced by FinOptimal’s smart solutions. You’ll see how automation tools such as Accruer, Booker, and Wrangler can generate schedules, sync entries, and reduce errors without complicated setups. Streamline your workflows, cut manual effort, and make automation an everyday part of accounting.

Major Topics:

  • Spreadsheet-Based Journal Automation
  • Slack-Powered 2FA Routing
  • FinOptimal Tools Overview
  • Durable Workflow Design Principles
  • Round-Trip Data Integration

Join us to explore scalable solutions that simplify accounting tasks and bring durable automation to your daily workflows.
