Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

A tax-deferred 1031 exchange can be a powerful wealth-building tool as it enables you to defer capital gains tax and depreciation recapture by reinvesting the proceeds from the sale of investment property into replacement property, thus preserving significant wealth in your estate. And that’s why accountants, CPAs and Tax Professionals often deal with clients that hold real estate investments that would cause significant tax liabilities if they are sold without a 1031 exchange. Here failure to meet requirements can result in immediate tax liabilities and associated penalties. This webinar will help you learn the fundamentals of the 1031 exchange tax code & tax planning around it & also introduce an alternative avenues for replacement property, the Delaware Statutory Trust.

It was about the subject as stated. It was for the most part easy to follow and understand. I learned more about 1031 property than I knew before the webinar. Thanks Daniel for the wonderful webinar

I enjoyed the webinar. The content would have been helpful when I went through my 1031 exchange. There were so many questions I had at the time and this webinar would have eased my anxiety.

The course is a good intro, into a field that not many people know about. I was hoping to get some industry expert insights to supplement my preexisting knowledge. Thanks!
