I find Mr. Jason I found to be a very effective presenter. He went at a pace that was comfortable and clearly explained his slides making the subject matter understandable. Great experience, material and examples wise, however, I had an audio issue using ZOOM due to recent updates, I couldn't hear most of the presentation I just watched. I am wondering if anyone else had same issue.

This was my first CPE webinar with MyCPE and I think I chose a great class to start with. I am firm believer that many companies will fall behind due to their lack of customer/technology experience and this class did a great job exploring client centric habits to build the CPA firm of tomorrow.
