The software remains glitchy. Had to watch almost 2x to get the final quiz to work - even though no fast forward or other issues.

Couldnt download the slides. This made it ifficult to follow everything. ERC was covered in many different spots--not integrated. The final test did not seem to have much to do with the webinar.

May want to allow a little more time depending on the number of updates so a bit more detail or perhaps a deep breath can be taken by the instructor(s) and the student. Just something to think about.

The slides were not very helpful or professional. One just said "Case Closed". Another said "Last slide - placeholder". Also, the date format on question 5 was confusing - all were 1-x-2023 instead of June 1, 2023.
