This short video met my expectations as I was trying to decide if this type of program would work for me.

myCPE is the only provider of webinar CPE that I attend that does not provide the course materials before the course starts. That is totally unacceptable. We have to spend the first few minutes of live instruction downloading the materials and not listening to the presenter. I have brought this issue up in several surveys and nothing has changed, and no one has bothered to respond to my surveys regarding the issue.
