May want to allow a little more time depending on the number of updates so a bit more detail or perhaps a deep breath can be taken by the instructor(s) and the student. Just something to think about.

The slides were not very helpful or professional. One just said "Case Closed". Another said "Last slide - placeholder". Also, the date format on question 5 was confusing - all were 1-x-2023 instead of June 1, 2023.

Since this is an update class for recent changes, the information regarding the CorporateTransparency Act had to be included. However, since I only have one C-corp client there was a long time spent on something I don't really need to know.
