The video was too small (i.e., fine print) to read most of the time. If you go to "fit page" to make it bigger, then you could read the screen but half of the time the instructor was working below the visible part of the screen. And the audio- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - must have- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - had some kind- - - - - - - - - - - - - - of buffering problem- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - because there - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -were long pauses of silence- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - followed by- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -resumed audio. This is probably not something that the instructor could fix.

It was good, but for someone basically new to QBO, this was either too advanced, or impossible to learn while being "hands on." I have to listen to her, take her word for it, and try to figure it out on my own later, reviewing the power point. I learned a lot about the capabilities of QBO and QBOA, but I think only with use and possibly referring to the hand out materials will this make meaningful change.

The lesson was very clear, concise, and applicable. I was able to follow along with my own QBO online which really helped with my understanding. We are currently moving our corporate bookkeeping function internal after using an external bookkeeper for the last two years and this was the perfect refresher!
