I felt she advertised mostly about her personal business. This course was not prepared for us. It was copied and paste from another of her presentation. So she is double selling the same thing.

The course "Baby Got Backups: Backing Up QBO" was informative and practical. It provided a clear understanding of the differences between QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop backups, along with various backup, export, and restore options available in QBO. The course also helped me understand tools such as Rewind, QBO Advanced, and third-party backup solutions. Overall, it was a useful learning experience that improved my understanding of QBO data protection and recovery.

It was good, but for someone basically new to QBO, this was either too advanced, or impossible to learn while being "hands on." I have to listen to her, take her word for it, and try to figure it out on my own later, reviewing the power point. I learned a lot about the capabilities of QBO and QBOA, but I think only with use and possibly referring to the hand out materials will this make meaningful change.
