It was good, but for someone basically new to QBO, this was either too advanced, or impossible to learn while being "hands on." I have to listen to her, take her word for it, and try to figure it out on my own later, reviewing the power point. I learned a lot about the capabilities of QBO and QBOA, but I think only with use and possibly referring to the hand out materials will this make meaningful change.

Alicia Pollock does a great job demonstrating QBO. I learned a few more things in this course than I had used in QBO. Time savers. Thank you, this was great.

The lesson was very clear, concise, and applicable. I was able to follow along with my own QBO online which really helped with my understanding. We are currently moving our corporate bookkeeping function internal after using an external bookkeeper for the last two years and this was the perfect refresher!

Very good but the instructor could have slowed down a bit on some of the options for reports so that these could more easily be followed.
