Speaker was able to cover a lot of areas but she is not engaging the viewers because speaker chose not to answer questions. Paste of training is some what slow. There was sufficient time to answer questions but I was informed that the presenter prefers to respond 24-48 hours later. The material on the screen is blurry and hard to read. Not 100% sure but seems like the speaker is using an ipad for presentation. Teaching skills need improvement.

When the presenter shared her screen to demonstrate steps in QB online, the screen was fuzzy so it made it difficult to follow her movements in the program.

This was nice course for 1099 MISC and 1099 NEC, This course will covered many things about 1099 filing and IRS Tax forms 1099, 1099-K,W-9, W-2,W-4 etc.

Alicia is great! There were only a couple of times I didn't follow or it felt like an incomplete answer. I'm sure once I go through the process it will make more sense. Our company is new to QBO this year, so I'm glad I watched this training!
