The Platform was fine and the webinar functioned fine. It was just that the reconciliation webinar ONLY helped those with a bank feed, and it never got to Credit Card Reconciling. Is there a separate webinar on that? The presenter assumes everyone uses EVERY feed option from QuickBooks.
