Took awhile to get used to the primary speaker's speech. Some summarization by a secondary speaker helped. Some good takeaways from which to start building good habits.

Good information. Dr Bakhshandeh’s book was clearly pushed. Would have liked to have real life examples, like how a performance evaluation is different from a performance conversation.
