REPORTING PERIOD :

July 1st through June 30th annually.

CPE REQUIREMENT :

40 hours of CPE are required annually.

ETHICS REQUIREMENT :

4 hours of ethics in every 3 reporting cycles.

SUBJECT AREA REQUIREMENT :

Min. 8 CPE in financial statement prep and reporting for CPAs performing attestation, compilation, or signing roles.

CARRY FORWARD OF CREDITS :

Up to 20 hours carry forward of credits is allowed. 
Carry forward credits cannot be used to satisfy Accounting and Auditing ("A&A") requirements.
