REPORTING PERIOD :

7/1 to 6/30 biennially on odd years.

CPE REQUIREMENTS :

80 hours of CPE every 2 years, with 20 hours yearly minimum.

ETHICS REQUIREMENTS :

4 hours of Delaware-specific ethics approved by the Board.

SUBJECT AREA REQUIREMENTS :

Min. 8 hours in Accounting and Auditing.

Min. 8 hours in taxes.

DELIVERY METHOD RESTRICTIONS :

The maximum credit allowed for self-study is 24 hours (30%).
