Appreciated the honesty of the presenters, allowed room in understanding that everything is changing in the way business is being done specifically due to government laws and regulations but the need for communication is still the same and very important.

There are alot of tricky employees and in order to recognizethe risks associated with employees with a disability asking for accommodations as well as how the FFRCA comes into play. David is great speaker to share a perspective thats very handy to use.

It is quite common scenario that employees asks for accomodation but its upto company to take feasibility tests for whether they can provide the accomodation or not, this is very helpful webinar if you are looking to gain knowledge more about how the company or small firms owner can decide.

Thanks for clarifying our requirements under CARES. The new codes showed up in our payroll provider's software without an explanation, so this webinar clearly explained the requirements and potential pitfalls.

I actually took this webinar for the CPE not thinking that it was that relevant. However, there are many changes that have occurred that I was not aware of and glad that I took this class.
