The information was out of date and I was not aware it was a pre-recorded session. FFCRA provisions were not extended, meaning that employers will not be required to provide paid leave under the FFCRA after December 31, 2020. This was obviously recorded when FFCRA was in effect and therefore the information was not up to date and was not accurate.
