Only feedback I would give is to have the presenter slow down in his speech.

Would like to see the result so of the pollings, seems pre-recorded....vs. live. The narrator or application you use to announce the 1 minute to poll your answer is a bit too robotic.

It would have been good to know that this session was not live, but pre-recorded. For example I found out later that the presenter said we had to have Covid Poster posted in the workplace but in fact the FFCRA mandate expired on 12/31/2020, so we do not need the poster up anymore. Not the presenters fault. He was great. In the chat, the participants all thought we were asking questions, real time and were frustrated when the presenter kept saying there were no questions, then responded to questions none of us had asked. That's why 4 and not 5 Stars.

This was my first one. I liked this better than most. I've been on too many of these that say the webinar is about a certain subject only to be sold on products half the time then tell me a bunch of stuff I already know. I liked the pace of the presenter and the fact he gave relevant examples.

The content was good and moved along at a good pace.

The information was out of date and I was not aware it was a pre-recorded session. FFCRA provisions were not extended, meaning that employers will not be required to provide paid leave under the FFCRA after December 31, 2020. This was obviously recorded when FFCRA was in effect and therefore the information was not up to date and was not accurate.
