I am very happy that I attended the webinar. I was facing issues with reference to Fraud Update, and when I registered I was not very sure. This webinar was very informative and it has prepared me to perform my job better. myCPE is a great platform for for earning CPE!

Dr Robert provided a lot of information regarding to protect the identity of tax clients. This included various methods to ensure authentication of the respective client. The IRS does require practitioners to be able to document (drivers license) if their identity is compromised. Also, reviewed ways identity is stolen including safeguards to protect against identity theft.

The way he covered internal control frameworks was simply super. Robert is very thorough with the subject and is very passionate about teaching. I would recommend this webinar.

Excellent speaker on what could be a complex topic. Great pacing and a lot of knowledge was provide with specific recommendations which can be (and were) implemented. One of the best, high-level cyber security classes I've had.
