This is an excellent CPE on S corporation basis with clear examples of initial s corporation shareholder basis and basis for shareholders acquired in different transactions. The instructor also reviewed s corporation return reporting and schedule K-1 reporting for multiple s corporation transactions.

Wow! I thought I knew the basics. After this I think I will.need to repeat self study. I was a bit overwhelmed. I did grasp a lot from the examples and scenarios. I learn better that way when applied.
