The virtual class was great. Mr Garverik has a lot ok knowledge and explained very good.

I really enjoyed the class. The instructor was very good at keeping me engaged. Tax classes are normally very boring but this instructor really held my attention. I also loved the way he broke it down so that beginners like me can understand it better. I also loved the hands-on workshop approach. It is much better than just listening to someone talk for hours. I really enjoyed this class and if you have other classes by this instructor I will definitely sign up for them.

This course definitely requires an intermediate knowledge of calculating basis and some knowledge of partnership returns and partnerships. I found the materials excellent, the examples extremely useful and the calculation practice relevant and appreciated the advice on what to keep track of for the partners that was interspersed through the training. I will be able to refer to the provided book in the future.

I've always found it challenging to grasp the outside basis, the adjustment to the capital account during a 754 election, and the distribution to partners from Partnership Current versus Liquidating. The lecture was very comprehensive, and the instructor excelled not only in explaining the concept but also in providing examples and highlighting the important points to remember. I am also eager to get hands-on experience with S Corporations.
