suggestion - since information is so extensive a lot. consider 4 hour instead of 8 hour session

The instructor did a great job explaining the main areas of S Corps and how to calculate basis. Walking through examples on the whiteboard really helped visualize how to calculate basis in several different scenarios. Looking forward to taking other courses taught by the instructor!
