Attending the Annual Federal Tax Update for Individuals (Form 1040) was incredibly beneficial. I was very impressed with the webcast, Partnership & LLC-Form 1065-Formation to Liquidation and the instructor, J. Patrick Garverick, as well as the materials that accompanied the course. Very informative and thorough, and well written. The use of case studies was very effective and helpful.

WOW that was an intense 8 hours. This man is so passionate and knowledgeable! He loves doing this and he teaching method is wonderful. If I were a tax accountant I think I would have really enjoyed and gotten a lot from this class. As a controller, I did learn some things, but way too intense and in depth for my needs. But I love his teaching style.
