I allow a set amount of time for these classes. When the presenter extends the time and I am held hostage to make sure I get my credits I am not a happy camper.

It was a good experience overall. The overall audio quality was acceptable. However, the audio was breaking up occasionally. A few polling questions appeared somewhat late on my end.

Perhaps change to a two part class - each 4 hours vs the 8 hour class.

This presenter is highly knowledgeable in the field of taxation. THis course signifcantly improved my awareness regarding the complexities being resolved behind the scenes when using tax software. I also learned additional techniques to reconcile data inputs with outputs from the software.

I was very tired today, but class seemed to meander. Personal income tax returns can require a lot of knowledge. Hard to follow if you are not already familiar with Form 1040 and its associated forms and schedules. Yesterday was better.
