The presenter has rich experience and managed to deliver an advanced tax topic with ease and clarity. My knowledge was deepened and my perspective was expanded greatly. I was particularly thrilled to get some new ideas on basis calculation and debt attribution to partners. Overall, it was a very fruitful 8 hours well spent on a detailed subject, great job!

For a 8-hour session, the training focus on the most relevant material for tax practitioners and provided insight to future tax code changes to be cognizant of. Great session.

Overall, it was a good course...the delivery was a bit dry, but given the content, that's to be expected. we're not talking about the most exciting stuff here. Perhaps it would be better split into two courses rather than an 8 hour course?
