I feel like the presenter was very knowledgeable and it was a great teaching seminar.

Several of the final exam questions were ambiguious (esp # 7) and refer to old tax law (2010 and the like).

Very good class for understanding how to report partnership and S-corp items on the individual's return. I would have liked more coverage on tax treatment of partnership liquidating distributions.
