Several of the final exam questions were ambiguious (esp # 7) and refer to old tax law (2010 and the like).

Pat is always well informed. This webinar does seem to be a pre-recorded one from last year. MyCPE needs to get a fresher live webinar from Pat for 2024 with all the latest updates.

Very good overview of changes for 2022 and 2023 taxes, a lot of material was, reviewed.

Good overall coverage of entity characteristics and recent developments

Very good presentation of the information with the complexities of the federal tax code. This provided a great update on the exemptions related to the TCJA that will be expiring in the next couple of years to help individuals prepare for the changes. Of course who knows in a couple of years if they will be renewed! Corporate information had limited applicability in my current role but I do assess financial aid applications with individuals having business entity ownership.
