I would have given it a higher grade, but the connection at times has much to be desired. On at least two occasions, it froze. One time, the moderator had to stop it. Also, in most of the webinar, his moth and the audio were off by, at times, 1-2 seconds. Very disconcerting. Also, when I asked a question, it came back as at the end or via email. However, after every polling question, we were reminded that this was interactive, so ask away and the presenter will answer them on the fly. He answered maybe two. Over 8 hours, that is not good. And this opinion comes from a national speaker, me.

The class was very good. I just think it may have been too long. The subject was very well done but sometimes redundant and over explained. can become overwhelming and simplicity can help make the point much better.

I loved this course about S corporation, it really provides lots of details and real life examples of the tax treatment.
