Mr. Patrick is always a wealth of information, and I really appreciate the fact that he back up everything with the statutes. So helpful in showing some clients where we get the advice that we give them. This webinar was dynamic and pragmatic. I learned lots of info that I will apply right away especially with the home office deductions and many other points about S corps deductions.

Mr.Patrcik was excellent and in 8 hrs accomplished what he set out to do – present an overview of the most important changes affecting real estate under the passive activity rules and the exceptions. He also very generously provided an outstanding handout – a much more detailed version of his actual presentation, which was much appreciated!

The CPE instruction was as advertised. The content and materials were perfect for the time allotted for the instruction. Pat Garverick, the instructor, was simply outstanding. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the subject matter and presented the material in an easy-to-learn manner. The training materials were perfect to supplement the instructor's lectures. I would definitely recommend this instructor to my colleagues, and I will return to take additional CPE courses myself. Thank you for a very informative lecture.

Too long and complicated for a complex topic covering highly different situations. . Please split the webinar topics and deal it over multiple one hour session. This is a request . That way both the presenter and attendees could benefit better.
