This was a concise seminar that was great to refresh interviewing techniques. Among other topics, reviews the types of listening, distractions and barriers to listening and designing questions that encourages active listening. I think it was laid out in a logical manner and would recommend it to others.

Ethics assumes a body of knowledge respecting a codified behavior. It is the least common denominator of morality. The presenter gave an excellent narrative on investigation of a series of perceived violations of organizational rules based on the accusations of one or more persons, not necessarily named. The discussion reminded me of a French essay, Je t'accuse. The presentation is not designed to explore the morality of the accusation, just the investigation of the accusation. I found the presentation to be excellent! Mr. Bloch offered a metered, logical, and consistent approach to providing effective interrogatory exploration.

I liked this CFE presenter and his advice. Nice and snappy and easy to absorb.

Adequate, but the focus was mostly from an HR perspective managing internal harassment claims. I was hoping for more a focus on generic personality types that one might hit in a true fraud investigation, and how to work around these personalities.

Overall very good presentation. A couple of the review questions however were poorly constructed in my opinion.
