This course packed a good amount of information in only 1 hr. It went beyond the normal to-do list and discussed some things that I have seen as easy errors.

This course is a good reminder for HR to reiterate that, though we rely on Managers to be familiar with policies, they cannot drive investigations. Managers are involved in the day-to-day environment. HR, as a separate party, needs to maintain the status of subject matter expert and partner with managers as much as possible.
