The information was helpful. Having more information on the slides would have been helpful so I could focus more on what I was hearing than scribbling notes

I did not get much from the class. Instructor was not engaging and basically read his material.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and provided excellent internal control suggestions. He also has an in-depth understanding of SOX history and requirements. As a suggestion, the course consolidates four different SOX trainings, which results in some repetitive slides and presentations. I recommend eliminating those repetitive elements to improve the overall flow of the course..

This was a good training of revenue recognition and audit or revenue and fraud and internal controls.

Instructor was knowledgeable, but should have spent more time on the new pronouncement on related party leases and less on definitions that probably were already known by this audience.
